Stephanie Romiszewski holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Behavioural Sleep Medicine and works as a Sleep Physiologist. She started her career working at Harvard Medical School Sleep Division working on NASA-funded sleep studies. There she had the opportunity to work on some infamous studies such as the affects of blue light on sleep. She came back to London and started working for the NHS diagnosing and treating a wide range of sleep disorders. She now directs her own practice ‘Sleepyhead Clinic’ in Exeter where she treats insomnia and provides training and workshops. She also works for the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital where she is piloting one of the first NHS funded insomnia treatment services in the UK.
