Behzad Ghadimi

Behzad Ghadimi is an Iranian-Australian writer, born in 1983 in Tehran, and author of four novels, including The Services of Damascus Monster-Making Machine (2019), and The Doomed Voyage of the Silver Axe (2020), both of which were shortlisted for a Noofe Award for Best Persian Speculative Fiction Novel. His short stories and novellas have won the Afsaneha Award and two Persian Speculative Fiction Awards. He won Paranthes’s Best Speculative Fiction Book Award for his book, Band of Daevas in 2023.
