Dave Moutrey OBE

Dave Moutrey OBE is Director of Culture and Creative Industries at Manchester City Council, leading the city’s cultural and creative industries strategy. Previously Chief Executive of HOME, he led the merger of Cornerhouse and Library Theatre Company and the creation of HOME. He is an Honorary Research Fellow at University of Manchester and is currently researching and writing Local Hero: The Quiet Rise of Arts Centres and the Rescue of Our Cultural Communities. He was awarded an OBE for services to culture in 2022.
