Nariman Evdike
Born in Sari Kani (Resulayn) in North-eastern Syria, Nariman Evdike studied Arabic literature at Al Furat University in Deir ez-Zor, and Kurdish literature at the Cegerxwîn Academy from which she graduated in 2015. Since then, she has written or contributed to three books: Into The Sun (2018), a collection of short stories based on the real-life accounts of wounded Rojava fighters; Summer Dreams (2018), an anthology featuring three of her short stories, and Painful Memories (2019), a novel she co-wrote with Botan Hoshe.
